About Chris

Chris has been gratefully benefitting from Reiki energy since 2002 when she was first introduced to its healing power. Following multiple rounds of medications for a seemingly incurable bout of bronchitis, Chris’s friend offered a healing session. Following three Reiki sessions that were snuck in during lunch hours, Chris was free from the cough that had plagued her for many weeks.

She became a believer and signed up to attend a first degree Reiki class herself. The benefits of this amazing gift were immediately visible, and a year later Chris became a Reiki Master. In 2004 she was invited to become a Reiki Master Teacher. She has been teaching in Hawaii and the U.S. mainland since 2005, sharing this healing gift with anyone open to its gentle nurturing power.

Chris has made the magical island state of Hawaii her home since 1987 and has been blessed by its healing mana. She has been married to musician Johnny Valentine (Hawaii’s “Favorite Entertainer of the Year”) since 1990 and is mom to Jesse and Daniel, two amazing young men who are both talented artists and musicians.
